Virgin Media currently offer the fastest broadband speeds than any other broadband provider in the UK. Known as The Mother of All Broadband – Virgin Media offer various broadband packages up to an impressive 50Mbps.

There are no download or upload limits with any of virgin Media’s broadband packages, with unlimited downloads being the standard across all the Virgin Media packages. Alongside their home broadband offerings, Virgin Media also provide TV and phone line bundles.

With plans to increase their cable coverage to more than 50% of homes across England over the next few years, Virgin Media are also aiming to increase coverage of their 50Mbps super fast broadband package across its entire network before the end of 2009.

Astonishingly, Virgin Media also began testing a new 200Mb broadband service back in May 2009.

Virgin Media currently offer three different broadband speed packages. these include 50Mb, 20Mb, and 10Mb. As you would expect, all three broadband packages include unlimited broadband downloads (in line with their faur usage policies that do vary from package to package).

Using its cable network Virgin Media is able to deliver superfast broadband packages across the UK. It currently offers three different speeds; 50Mb, 20Mb and 10Mb – having begun upgrading previous 4Mb customers to 10Mb from May 2009.
